STAIRS TO LANDING: gives access to all bedrooms, bathroom & upstairs veranda.

Master bedroom – is a spacious, lovely & very comfortable bedroom, furnished with a pine double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, dresser & two easy chairs, where you can sit & have some quiet time, relax with a coffee or simply catch up on your reading. Windows overlook the side & private ‘woodlands’ to rear of the property.
BEDROOM 2: to the front of the property & facing south, furnished with 2 full size single pine beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobe & dresser, timbered flooring.
BEDROOM 3: has 2 full size single pine beds, bedside cabinets & combination wardrobe/dresser. This room is at the rear of the property & overlooks private woodlands; timbered flooring.
BATHROOM: a very spacious bathroom (12ft x 8ft) consists of a bath, toilet, seperate shower cubicle & wash hand basin. Running hot water provided by solar panel heating with a backup emersion.
VERANDA: 1st floor level – facing south towards the sea; aligning the entire frontage of the property; timbered flooring with chairs providing that little extra comfort to relax, whether you are having afternoon tea or just sipping that fabulous gin & tonic! Its exactly what you you need – perfect! There is also a ground floor level veranda leading from the lounge.
